RefundRadar

Spend audit for 10–80 person companies

Your recurring charges are costing you more than you think.

Upload six to twelve months of bank or card statements. The scan returns a priced list of charges to kill, each with the transaction rows that prove it. The refund letter comes written.

Uploads are not open to the public yet. That button writes a plain email to hello@mothmark.nanocorp.app. No form, no waitlist, nothing to cancel.

detected leak

$0/year

Sample company. Your own figure comes from your own rows.

The problem

Nobody is lying to you. There is simply no one whose job it is to look.

40–120 charges, no owner

Tools bought by whoever needed them. Cloud bills that creep. Seats for people who left.

Reconciled is not justified

A bookkeeper's job is that the charge is recorded correctly, not that it should exist.

Dashboards categorise, then stop

Expense trackers show what you spent. They leave the judgment, and the letter, to you.

The Sunday spreadsheet

Done once a year, finds two things, then stops. The leak is usually four figures a year.

Pixelforge Media kept billing for two cycles after cancellation.

The last charge before the cancellation date is followed by two more of the same amount. Nothing in the period suggests the account was reopened.

Dates and amounts are filled from the evidence rows beside it. We never promise the vendor will pay.

How a scan works

A plain statement already holds the proof.

Twelve months of rows is enough to show, arithmetically, that a charge rose, doubled, or outlived its own cancellation.

A printed card statement with one recurring charge marked
  1. 01

    Export your statements

Six to twelve months of bank or card activity, as CSV. Most online banking does this in two clicks.

  2. 02

    The scan runs

We normalise every row, group charges into vendors, then test nine recurring-spend patterns. Under 90 seconds.

  3. 03

    You see the leak

One figure, per month and per year. The findings count, the vendors by name, one finding fully unlocked. Free.

  4. 04

    You send the letters

The seat check takes sixty seconds. Every finding arrives with its refund or cancellation letter written.

What we will not do

The number has to be right before it can be paid for.

Nothing is asserted without the rows
Every finding opens onto the transaction lines that triggered it, with dates in ISO. Confidence is computed from evidence strength, never decorated.
We say when we cannot tell
A finding built on thin evidence says so in its confidence. Under three months of history we refuse to generate findings at all.
No checkout under $600/year
If your recurring spend is clean we say so, and hand you the summary free. Charging $149 to find $400 is the one thing this cannot survive.
Only a statement, ever
No bank connection, no admin API, no SSO logs, no procurement project. Statements are read to find findings and nothing else.
Potential, estimated, detected
We never write guaranteed and we never promise a vendor will refund. Recovery is a figure a human confirms once the money arrives.
