Which file do I need?
Any CSV export of a business current account or company card, with a date, a description and an amount in each row. Six months works, twelve is better.
In most online banking this is on the statement or transactions screen, as a download icon with CSV or Excel as the format. If your bookkeeper holds the statements, ask them for the same export.
A PDF statement will not work. Recurring charges need at least three months of history to detect.
